农村房地一体不动产确权登记是落实不动产统一登记制度的基本内容,是不动产登记的重要组成部分,是实施乡村振兴的基础工作,是保护农民合法权益的重要手段,关系每一个农民集体和农户的切身利益,但该项工作的开展同样面临一些问题。本文对相应问题进行阐述,并提出几点对策,旨在为从事不动产登记的相关工作人员提供更多帮助。
