基层房地产统计工作问题与解决措施探究

EXPLORATION ON PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS OF STATISTICAL WORK OF GRASSROOTS REAL ESTATE

基层房地产统计工作格外重要,因为它客观反映了国民经济支柱产业——房地产行业运行的真实状况,是基础性工作之一,其所统计的数据真实且准确,对于国家宏观调控与国家经济建设发展影响较大。本文着重分析了基层房地产统计工作中面临的问题,研究了基层房地产统计工作体系建立的总体方向,提出了基层房地产统计工作问题的有效解决措施。

The statistical work of grassroots real estate is particularly important for the reason that it objectively reflects the real situation of the operation of the pillar industry of the national economy–the real estate industry, and it is also one of the basic tasks.The authenticity and accuracy of the statistical data have great influence on the national macro-control and national economic construction and development.In this paper, the problems faced in the statistical work of grassroots real estate are analyzed, the overall direction of the establishment of the statistical work system of grassroots real estate is studied, and effective solutions to the problems in the statistical work of grassroots real estate are put forward.
