RESEARCH ON PROJECT COST MANAGEMENT THEORY AND PRACTICE OF URBAN CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING

城市建筑工程是一项涉及调配众多人力、物力、财力的综合性、大规模、长周期的工作。因此,建筑施工企业需要对其中涉及的众多关键节点进行科学管理,建筑施工成本管理就是重要内容之一。对此,本文主要结合项目成本管理的相关理论,综合应用多学科知识,对城市建筑工程的成本管理现状进行分析,探讨其中存在的主要问题,并提出有效提高建筑施工成本管理实践水平的相关措施和建议,以供相关人员参考借鉴。

Urban construction engineering is a comprehensive, large-scale and long-term work involving the allocation of human, material and financial resources. Therefore, construction enterprises need to carry out scientific management of many key nodes involved, and construction cost management is one of the important contents. In this regard, this paper mainly combines the related theory of project cost management and multidisciplinary knowledge to analyze the current situation of cost management of urban construction projects, discuss the main problems, and put forward relevant measures and suggestions to effectively improve the practical level of construction cost management,so as to provide reference for all concerned.
