建设项目工程造价全过程管理的应用探析

APPLICATION AND ANALYSIS ON THE WHOLE PROCESS MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COST

随着当前我国建筑行业的不断发展,作为现代建筑管理过程的重要组成部分,经济管理应依托于工程造价全过程管理来满足建筑经济管理的要求,并以此实现建筑行业在新时期的持续稳定发展。因此,相关管理人员应明确自身工作职责,加强对工程造价全过程管理的重视程度,及时发现造价超额等问题,制订更加科学的应对方案,从而全面提升工程建设的整体效益。本文简要分析了建设项目工程造价全过程管理的重要性及其具体应用,旨在为相关专业人员提供参考。

With the continuous development of China’s construction industry, as an important part of the modern construction management process,economic management should rely on the whole process management of project cost to meet the requirements of construction economic management,so as to achieve the sustainable and stable development of the construction industry in the new era. Therefore, relevant managers should clarify their own work responsibilities, strengthen the attention to the whole process management of project cost,find out problems such as cost overruns in time, and formulate more scientific response plans, so as to comprehensively improve the overall efficiency of project construction.This paper analysises on the whole process management of construction project cost,so as to provide reference for professionals.
