Takotsubo综合征相关心力衰竭的发病机制研究进展

Advances in the pathogenesis of heart failure associated with Takotsubo Syndrome

越来越多研究提示,Takotsubo综合征(TTS)是导致急性和慢性心力衰竭(心衰)的重要病因,但是目前关于TTS导致心衰的发病机制尚未阐明。本文将介绍TTS的流行病学及发病机制,从炎症免疫循环,代谢异常及线粒体功能障碍三个方面阐述TTS导致心衰的可能机制。

Emerging evidences have shown that takotsubo syndrome(TTS)is an important cause of acute and chronic heart failure(HF).But the pathogenesis of HF associated aith TTS has not been well elucidated.Thus,this paper will introduce the epidemiology and pathogenesis of TTS,and introduce the possible mechanisms of HF with TTS from three aspects:inflammatory immune circulation,metabolic abnormalities and mitochondrial dysfunction.
