基于级别高于关系的犹豫模糊IPA方法

A Hesitant Fuzzy IPA Method Based on Outranking

针对属性权重完全未知,属性值为犹豫模糊元的多属性决策问题,构建级别高于关系与IPA结合的多准则决策方法。首先,从犹豫模糊集间的可能性程度角度出发,使用目标规划模型确定权重;其次,基于每一准则下方案评价的对比。以改进的PROMETHEEII方法建立犹豫模糊数的优序关系。得出方案的满意度;然后,以权重和满意度分别作为IPA分析指标,设计了PROMETHEEII-IPA的犹豫模糊评价模型。最后,以移动图书馆服务质量为实例进行验证以及对比分析,结果表明所提方法的可行性与有效性。

Considering that attribute weights are completely unknown and its value is a multi-attribute decision making problem about hesitating fuzzy elements,it constructs a multi-criteria decision method based on outrangking relations and IPA Firstly,this paper defines the degree of probability between the hesitating fuzzy sets and determines the weight according to the degree of probability.Secondly,based on the comparison of scheme evaluation under each criterion,the superior order relation of hesitant fuzzy number is established by the improved PROMETHEEII method,and the scheme satisfaction is obtained.Then,this paper takes weight and satisfaction as IPA analysis indexes respectively and designs the hesitating fuzzy evaluation model of PROMET HEEII-IPA Finally,the paper takes the service quality of mobile library as an example to verify and compare the results The results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
