摘要
职业化转型对成人高校教师的实践能力提出了更高的要求。为了适应成人高校的职业化转型要求,成人高校教师是否需要适度牺牲学术能力?已有研究多着眼于职业胜任力的内涵和模型建构,对学术能力和职业胜任力之间的关系讨论不足。通过定量研究,文章发现即使是在职业化转型的大背景下,成人高校教师的学术能力和职业胜任力之间仍存在显著的正相关,学术能力对教学胜任力的影响尤为突出。因此,文章提出,不应因职业转型的需要就放松对成人高校教师学术能力的要求,应通过顶层设计,让学术能力和职业胜任力相辅相成、共同提升。
The professional transformation sets higher requirements for the practical ability of adult college teachers.To meet the requirements of professional transformation,is it necessary for adult college teachers to sacrifice some of their academic ability?Most of the existing research has focused on the connotation and model construction of professional competence,but not on the correlation between academic ability and professional competence.Through quantitative research,the writer finds that even in the context of professional transformation,there is still a significant positive correlation between academic ability and professional competence for adult college teachers,and the effect of academic ability on teaching competence is particularly prominent.Therefore,this paper proposes that the academic ability requirement for adult college teachers not be lowered due to the needs of professional transformation,and the top-level design be adopted to allow academic ability and professional competence to complement each other and improve together.
