摘要
伴随教育体制改革、终身教育体系建设以及社区建设的发展,北京市社区教育发展经过“起步探索”“构建完善”“深化发展”三个阶段,在发展理念、管理运行体制、内容形式、载体平台等方面形成了鲜明的发展特色。新时代背景下,北京社区教育存在管理保障机制不完善、各区发展程度不均衡;队伍稳定性较弱、从业人员的专业化程度有待提高等问题,迫切需要以“三大能力建设”来推动社区教育的转型发展。
With the development of education system reform,lifelong education system construction and community construction,community education in Beijing has experienced three different stages:initial exploration,construction and improvement,and deepening development,and has formed distinctive characteristics in terms of development concept,management operation system,content and form,carrier platform and so on.However,community education in Beijing still faces many challenges in the new era:imperfect management and safeguard mechanism,uneven development degree of each district,unstable working staff,and low degree of professionalism,thus it is most urgent that we promote the transformation and development of community education by means of“Three Capacity Building”.
