麻疹疫苗研究新进展

New Progress in Measles Vaccine Research

麻疹是由麻疹病毒引起的传染性很强的急性发热出疹性疾病,好发于5岁以下的儿童,近年来成年人发病有所增加。随着全球麻疹发病率升高,我国二胎政策放开,麻疹的预防更显重要,而疫苗免疫是麻疹控制和消除最重要的策略。本文就麻疹的流行病学、现行麻疹疫苗和在研疫苗的安全性、有效性和稳定性及疫苗应用面临的问题进行综述,为我国新型麻疹疫苗研发和麻疹预防提供基础性资料。

Measles is a highly contagious,acute,febrile eruptive illness caused by the measles virus.It usually occurs in children under 5 years of age.In recent years,the incidence of measles in adults has increased.With the increase of the global incidence of measles and cessation of China’s two⁃child policy,measles prevention has become increasingly important.Vaccine immunization is the most important strategy for the control and elimination of measles.Here,the epidemiology of measles,as well as the safety,efficacy and stability of the current measles vaccine and vaccines under development,and problems in vaccine application were summarized.This information could provide basic information for the research and development of measles vaccines and the prevention of measles in China.
