猪圆环病毒与其它病原共感染的研究进展

Co-infection of the Porcine Circovirus and Other Pathogens

猪圆环病毒(Porcine circovirus,PCV)是一种全球流行的高度传染性病毒,可引起猪圆环病毒病(PCVD)和猪圆环病毒相关疾病(PCVAD)。PCV包括PCV1、PCV2、PCV3和PCV4四种基因型。目前已有研究报道PCV单独感染动物不会导致明显的PCVAD,而与其他病原如PRRSV、PPV、CSFV、PRV、PEDV、SS2、HPS和Mhp等共感染后会加重临床症状的表现。本文总结了PCV与猪源病毒、细菌和支原体之间发生共感染的现况及基础研究,为混合感染疾病的预防以及新疫苗的研发提供新思路。

The porcine circovirus(PCV)is highly infectious.It can cause porcine circovirus disease and porcine circovirus-associated disease(PCVAD).The PCV has four genotypes(1–4).It has been reported that PCV infection alone does not cause obvious PCVAD,but that co-infection with other pathogens(e.g.,PRRSV,PPV,CSFV,PRV,PEDV,SS2,HPS and Mhp)will aggravate its clinical symptoms.Here,we summarize the current situation and basic research of co-infection between PCV and porcine viruses,bacteria or mycoplasma.We also provide new ideas for the prevention of mixed infections and the development of new vaccines.
