Re-conceptualization of the Generation,Nature and Characteristics of Socialist Trade Unions with Chinese Characteristics

以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,以习近平总书记关于工人阶级和工会工作的重要论述为行动指南,发展、繁荣中国特色社会主义工会理论,是新时代发展、繁荣中国哲学社会科学的重要内容,也是新时代工会理论工作者的重要使命和任务。本文以新时代正在发展的中国工运事业和工会工作为沃土,以新时代中国工运事业和工会工作理论与实践问题为导向,全面贯彻和融入习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和习近平总书记关于工人阶级和工会工作的重要论述,提出了中国共产党的领导是近代中国革命工会产生的政党基础(决定因素),并将中国特色社会主义工会的性质从两个方面、五个要点进行分析解读,指出政治性、先进性和群众性是中国特色社会主义工会本质特征的重要观点。

Taking Xi Jinping’s Socialist Thought with Chinese characteristics for a new era and important discourse on the working class and trade union as the guide,developing and flourishing socialist trade union theory with Chinese characteristics is the significant content of developing and flourishing Chinese philosophy and social science in the new era,and it is also the important mission and task of trade union theorists in the new era.Taking the developing Chinese labor movement and trade unions in the new era as fertile ground and the theoretical and practical problems of Chinese labor movement and trade unions in the new era as a guide,the paper comprehensively implements and integrates Xi Jinping’s socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourse on the working class and trade union,puts forward that the leadership of the Communist Party of China is the political party basis for the generation of revolutionary trade unions in modern China(determining factors),and the nature of socialist trade unions with Chinese characteristics is analyzed and interpreted from two aspects and five points,pointing out the important view that political,advanced and mass nature are the essential characteristics of socialist trade unions with Chinese characteristics.
