摘要
随着社会经济快速发展,面对竞争和挑战,无论从企业转型升级、企业全面发展分析,还是从职工自我价值实现考量,企业都必须要加强职工素质建设,培养一支高素质职工队伍,才能促使企业持续发展。针对国有企业体制的制约、部分职工积极性不高、部分内容针对性不强、学习方式吸引力不够等问题,应从深化体制机制改革、营造全员学习氛围、完善素质教育内容、丰富教育载体平台、鼓励职工创新创造、加大人才培养储备等方面进行尝试提升职工素质建设成效。
With the rapid development of social economy,facing competition and challenges,no matter from the analysis of enterprise transformation and upgrading,comprehensive development of enterprises,or from the consideration of self-worth realization of workers,enterprises must strengthen the quality construction of workers and cultivate a high-quality workforce in order to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.In view of the constraints of the system of state-owned enterprises,the low motivation of some workers,the low relevance of some contents,and the lack of attractive learning methods,this paper suggests that attempts should be made to enhance the effectiveness of the quality construction of workers in terms of deepening the reform of institutional mechanisms,creating an atmosphere of learning for all employees,improving the content of quality education,enriching the education carrier platform,encouraging the innovation and creativity of workers,and increasing the training reserve of talents.
