“从严治党”到“从严治团”——马克思主义政党青年组织自我革新的理论、历史与行动

From “Strict Governance over the Party” to “Strict Governance over the League”——Theory,History and Action of Self-innovation of Marxist Party Youth Organization

自我革新是现代政党破解组织“理性失灵”的重要法宝。百年来,共青团在中国共产党领导下,成功探索出一条以从严治团为抓手、以制度建设为支撑的马克思主义政党青年组织自我革新的有效路径。从严治团是从严治党方略在共青团工作领域的延伸和拓展,体现了群团组织与马克思主义政党之间的耦合性和联动性。治党逻辑决定治团逻辑。要完整准确把握全面从严治党与全面从严治团的一致性和差异性,提高推进从严治团的政治站位,建立健全团内执纪问责的组织体系,避免团的纪律建设“政党化”,积极争取来自政党方面的有力支持,推动《新时代全面从严治团实施纲要》全面准确贯彻落实。

Self-innovation is an important magic weapon for modern political parties to solve the “rational failure” of organizations. In the past 100 years,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the Communist Youth League of China has successfully explored an ef fective path of selfreform for the Youth League organizations of Marxist political party,which takes strict governance as the impetus and system construction as the support. Strict Governance over the League is the extension and expansion of the strategy of Strict Governance over the Party in the work fi eld of the Communist Youth League,which refl ects the interconnection and linkage between mass organizations and Marxist parties. The logic of governing the Party determines the logic of governing the League. We should completely and accurately grasp the consistency and dif ference between Strict Governance over the Party and Strict Governance over the League. It is necessary to improve political stance of Strict Governance over the League,and to establish and amplify the discipline enforcement and accountability within the organization system. We ought to avoid “partisanization” of discipline construction,actively striving for the strong support from the Party therefore we can promote full and accurate implementation of The Implementation Outline for Comprehensive and Strict Governance over the League in the New Era.
