摘要
冠心病是一种冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病,严重危害人类健康,已成为全球亟待解决的健康问题之一。目前,流行病学研究认为,脂质代谢异常是一种危险因素在冠心病过程中具有重要作用,对该危险因素进行积极预防可显著降低冠心病的发病率及死亡率。大量研究发现,脂质过氧化贯穿于整个冠心病的疾病过程中。为了深入了解脂质过氧化对冠心病发病机制的影响,该文从ALOX15介导的磷脂过氧化角度总结了冠心病的发病进程的作用机制,关注ALOX15抑制剂的作用,为更好地预防、治疗冠心病及其并发症提供新的思路与策略。
Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a kind of coronary atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease that seriously endangers human health and needs to be solved urgently in the world.Epidemiologically,abnormal lipid metabolism has been found to be a significant risk factor and preventing it could obviously improve the incidence rate and mortality.A large number of studies suggest that lipid peroxidation exists through the whole process of CHD.To deeply understand the mechanism of lipid peroxidation in the pathogenesis of CHD,this review focuses on the angle of ALOX15-mediated phospholipid peroxidation and the effect of ALOX15 inhibitors,expecting to provide new molecular markers and potential therapeutic targets for the precaution and treatment of CHD.
