摘要
为了替代人工完成日常巡检工作,针对煤矿井下地面松软不平、生产过程中采煤工作面频繁推移、运行空间狭小且障碍物多等特殊工况,设计了一种工作面智能巡检装置,主要包括巡检机器人及其运行轨道。设计了一种依附于刮板输送机的柔性双轨道结构,能够保证巡检装置在采煤工作面上稳定运行。根据爆炸性气体环境下的电气设备的防爆要求对巡检装置进行了隔爆设计。
In order to replace manual work to complete daily inspection work, aiming at the special working conditions of underground coal mine, such as soft and uneven ground, frequent movements of the coal mining face during production, narrow operating space with many obstacles, designed an intelligent inspection device for working face, mainly includes inspection robot and its running track.Designed a flexible double gauge structure attached to the scraper conveyor, which can ensure the stable operation of inspection device on the coal mining face. According to the explosion-proof requirements of electrical equipment in explosive gas environments the explosion-proof design was carried out.
