摘要
为了较为真实模拟钻杆在孔内受力状态,满足转矩转速、轴向拉压力和径向弯矩加载的功能,采用了主动马达与加载马达之间桥式液压内循环、压力补偿泵和流量补偿泵分别独立提供压力和流量补给、加载马达替代传统加载泵的创新性设计。试验结果表明,该系统达到模拟钻杆动态复合加载要求,解决了液压功率回收系统功率过大、回收效率低的技术难题,为当前煤矿行业钻杆动态性能试验系统研制提供了一定的理论参考和技术支撑。
In order to truly simulate the stress state of drill pipe in the hole and meet the functions of torque speed, axial tension pressure and radial bending moment loading, some innovative designs were adopted, such as bridge hydraulic internal circulation between active motor and loading motor, pressure compensation pump and flow compensation pump provide pressure and flow supply independently, and loading motor replaces traditional loading pump. The test results show that the system can meet the requirements of simulating the dynamic compound loading of drill pipe. It solves the technical problem of excessive power and low recovery efficiency of hydraulic power recovery system, and provides a certain theoretical reference and technical support for the development of drill pipe dynamic performance test system in coal mine industry.
