摘要 针对当前选煤厂用细粒级双齿辊分级破碎机产成品超限率高、处理能力小、占地空间大等问题,根据单驱双齿辊分级破碎机的工作原理,提出细粒级单驱双齿辊分级破碎机设计方法,并结合成品设备在山煤国际集团实际使用情况,全面验证设计方法的准确性,为同类产品设计提供参考。 In view of the problems of high overrun rate, small processing capacity and large floor space of small particle sizesingle drive double toothed roll classification crusher used in coal preparation plant, according to the working principle of single drive double toothed roll classification crusher, the design method of small particle size single drive double toothed roll classification crusher was proposed,and the accuracy of the design method was comprehensively verified in combination with the actual use of finished product equipment in Shanmei International Group, which makes reference for the design of similar products.
