摘要
为满足煤矿较小风量掘进工作面使用要求,在分析湿式除尘机理基础上,设计了一套基于过滤拦截与旋流脱水的湿式除尘器。建立了测试试验系统,研究了喷雾流量对处理风量、脱水效率的影响,确定了除尘器使用参数后,测试研究了不同原始粉尘浓度对除尘效率的影响,测定了除尘器风量-负压-功率性能参数、工作阻力。结果表明,该除尘器各项性能指标稳定,达到了设计预期。
In order to meet the use requirement in coal mine tunneling face with small air volume,based on the analysis of wet dust removal mechanism, a set of wet dust collector based on filtration interception and cyclone dehydration was designed. A test system was established to study the influence of spray flow rate on air volume and dehydration efficiency. After determining the parameters of dust collector, the influence of different original dust concentration on dust removal efficiency was tested and studiey, and the performance parameters of air volume-negative pressure-power and working resistance of dust collector were measured. The results show that the performance indexes of the dust collector are stable and reach the design expectation.
