新型矿用行车安全缓冲装置的开发与性能研究

摘要 近年来,煤矿副斜巷无轨运输跑车事故频发。针对煤矿无轨运输行车安全防护现状,提出了一种不仅适用于公路交通、还可以应用于煤矿等特殊环境下的新型纳米吸能行车安全缓冲装置,并按照国家《公路护栏安全性能评价标准》开展了实车碰撞测试,评价结果表明,该缓冲装置可以有效实现对车辆的阻挡、缓冲和导向功能。该缓冲装置已经在小保当矿井和曹家滩矿井得到实际应用,该缓冲装置对煤矿副斜巷运输行车安全防护及产品标准的建立具有一定的参考意义。 In recent years, the accidents of track less transport in auxiliary inclined lane of coal mine occur frequently. In view of the current situation of safety protection of trackless transport in coal mine,a new nano energy-absorbing driving safety buffer device was proposed, which is not only suitable for highway traffic, but also can be used in special environment such as coal mine. According to the national Highway Guardrail Safety Performance Evaluation Standard, the actual vehicle crash test was carried out, and the evaluation results show that the buffer device can effectively meet the blocking,buffering and guiding functions of the vehicle. The buffer device has been applied in Xiaobaodang mine and Caojiatan mine. The buffer device have a certain reference significance for the safety protection industry and the establishment of product standards of secondary inclined roadway transportation in coal mine.
