摘要
骨架油封衬套常见的加工工艺有6种,通过研究油封工作时唇口温度对衬套表层热处理后金相组织的影响,分析6种工艺的适用性,最终得出骨架油封衬套加工工艺从优到劣依次为:中碳钢渗氮、高碳钢淬火、低碳钢渗碳淬火、中碳钢表面镀硬铬、中碳钢表面淬火、中碳钢调质处理,其中,中碳钢表面淬火和中碳钢调质处理不满足骨架油封高可靠性使用要求,在设计时需慎重使用。
There are six common processing technologies of skeleton oil seal bushing. Analyzed the applicability of six technologies by studying the influence of microconstituen coming from temperature level of the oil seal lip. The best craft in turn are nitriding technology of medium carbon stee,hardening of high carbon steel, carburzing and quenching techonlogy, chrome electroplating technology, surface hardening of carbon steel and quenching and tempering. But Surface hardening and quenching and tempering are not recommended for use in the high reliability requirement.
