摘要
针对定量装车站中焦炭破损率较高的情况,在缓冲仓中安装了用于减少焦炭破碎的双螺旋溜槽。该螺旋溜槽可以降低焦炭入仓过程中的跌落高度,降低了落料高度差,从而提高了焦炭的入仓合格率。介绍了螺旋溜槽降低焦炭破碎率的工作原理,提出安装调试中应注意的一些问题及解决措施,为焦炭实现快速定量装车创造了条件。
In view of the high breakage rate of coke in the quantitative loading station, double spiral chutes were installed in the surge bin to reduce coke breakage. The spiral chute can reduce the falling height of the coke in the warehousing process, the height difference of the blanking is reduced, thereby improves the warehousing qualification rate of the coke. The working principle of spiral chute for reducing coke crushing rate was introduced. Some problems that should be paid attention to in the installation and commissioning, and the solutions were put forward, which creates conditions for realize rapid and quantitative loading of the coke.
