应用数据挖掘技术探究针灸在治疗慢性前列腺炎与前列腺增生症的选穴思路特点与区别

Exploration the Characteristics and Differences of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis and Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia by Using Data Mining Technology

目的以患病部位相同而病种不同,两病种相结合进行综合探讨为研究思路,基于数据挖掘技术探究针灸在治疗慢性前列腺炎与前列腺增生症的选穴规律特点及选穴区别。方法从中国知网(Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)数据库中,检索近20余年(2000年1月—2020年12月)已发表的针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎、针灸治疗前列腺增生症的针灸取穴,上传到中医传承辅助平台(V3.0),进行数据挖掘分析,探究其各自的选穴规律,将最终的选穴规律进行对比,探究两病的选穴特点与各自的区别。结果针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎的文献共计260篇,涉及124个穴位,针灸治疗前列腺增生的文章共计127篇,涉及114个穴位。针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎应用频数最多的前6个穴位分别为关元、三阴交、中极、肾俞、阴陵泉、气海。针灸治疗前列腺增生症出现频次最高的前6个穴位分别为关元、中极、三阴交、肾俞、膀胱俞、气海,其中,位居前四的4个穴位与针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎的穴位应用频次前四位相同。结论针灸在治疗慢性前列腺炎和前列腺增生症的穴位选取上多选用足三阴经穴位以及任脉上的穴位,治疗以调补肝肾、利水降浊、扶正祛邪为主,体现了选穴来源于深刻严谨的临床辨病辨证。

Objective Taking the same disease site but different disease types as the research idea,a comprehensive discussion of the two types of diseases is the research idea,based on data mining technology to explore the characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of chronic prostatitis(CP)and benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)respectively.Methods From the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,retrieve the published acupuncture for the treatment of chronic prostatitis and acupuncture for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia from January 2000 to November 2020.The clinical acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions for selecting acupoints were uploaded to the TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(V3.0)for data mining and analysis to explore their respective acupoint selection rules,compare the final acupoint selection rules,and explore the characteristics and differences of the two diseases.Results A total of 260 articles on the treatment of chronic prostatitis with acupuncture and moxibustion involved 124 acupoints,and a total of 127 articles on the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia with acupuncture and moxibustion involved 114 acupoints.The top 6 acupuncture points in the treatment of CP with the most frequency are Guanyuan(RN4),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Zhongji(RN3),Shenshu(BL23),Yinlingquan(SP9),and Qihai(RN6).The first 6 points with the highest frequency of acupuncture treatment of BPH are Guanyuan(RN4),Zhongji(RN3),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Shenshu(BL23),Pangguangshu(BL28)and Qihai(RN6).Among them,the top 4 acupuncture points are the same as the acupuncture points for CP treatment.Conclusion In acupuncture and moxibustion,acupoints on the Zusanyin meridian and Renmai are mostly used in the treatment of CP and BPH.The treatment focuses on regulating the liver and kidney,promoting hydration and reducing turbidity,strengthening the body and eliminating evil,which reflects the profound rigorous clinical disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation.
