摘要
本文基于机器视觉技术提出了一种非接触式的零件尺寸快速测量方法。该方法同时可以做到以较快的速度和较低的成本对零件进行测量。经过大量实验测试,本文算法测量精度在±0.002mm以内,可以适用于大多数需要快速高精度测量工件的场合。
Based on machine vision technology, a non-contact fast measurement method of parts size is proposed. At the same time, it can measure parts at a higher speed and lower cost. After a large number of experimental tests, the measurement accuracy of the proposed algorithm is within ±0.002mm, which can be applied to most occasions where fast and high precision workpiece measurement is required.
