摘要
采用ABAQUS建立了有限元分析模型,对比分析了平铆模和锥形铆模两种铆接方式下铆钉的成形质量。研究结果表明,采用锥形铆模铆接后,钉杆的干涉量增大,提高了结构件的连接可靠性,为无头铆钉在运载火箭舱段装配中的应用提供了依据。
In order to compare the headless rivet forming quality under the two different riveting ways(flat riveting die model and conical riveting die model), the ABAQUS method was adopted to create a finite element analysis model for studying. Based on this research, the result proved that during the riveting operation, adopting the conical riveting die model to the riveting process could increase the interference of the lever, which could improve the structure components reliability. This research provide a basis for applying the headless rivet technology in the assembly of launching vehicle shell products.
