摘要
乳腺癌是发生在乳腺上皮细胞处的恶性肿瘤,随着发病率的升高,乳腺癌已成为女性最常见的恶性肿瘤。乳腺癌患者的代谢发生显著改变,所以对乳腺癌代谢进行研究是寻找乳腺癌治疗靶点的途径之一。代谢组学作为新兴发展的学科,能够利用质谱和核磁共振技术对乳腺癌的代谢谱进行全方面的分析,提供肿瘤发生发展的关键信息。本文综述了近年来代谢组学在乳腺癌中的研究进展,以期为乳腺癌的临床治疗和研究提供新的思路。
Breast cancer is a malignant tumor that occurs in breast epithelial cells. With the increase of incidence, breast cancer has become the most common malignant tumor in women. The metabolism of patients with breast cancer has significantly changed.Therefore, the study on metabolism of breast cancer is one of the ways to find therapeutic targets for breast tumor. As a newly developed discipline, metabolomics could comprehensively analyze the metabolic spectrum of breast cancer and provide key information for the occurrence and development of breast cancer by using the mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance technology. The research progress of metabonomics in breast cancer in recent years was reviewed, in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment and research of breast cancer.
