摘要
研究了水性脱模剂的理化性能与脱模机理,从VOC含量、闪点、挥发性三个方面,对比分析水性脱模剂/油性脱模剂的理化差异,并用金相显微镜观测成膜状态。结果表明,水性脱模剂具有低VOC含量、安全不易燃不易爆的特点,依靠高分子材料在表面形成隔离膜以达到脱模效果。水性脱模剂在风电叶片制造过程中的应用,降低了脱模剂对从业人员的身体危害,减少98%的VOC排放量,更安全环保。
The physical and chemical properties and release mechanism of water-based mold release agents were studied. From the three aspects of VOC content, flash point, and volatility, compare the physical and chemical differences between water-based mold release agents and oil-based mold release agents, and observe the state of membrane by metallurgical microscope. The results indicate that the water-based release agent has the characteristics of low VOC content, safety, non-flammability and non-explosive, and it relies on the polymer material to form a membrane on the surface to achieve the release effect. The application of water-based release agent in the manufacturing process of wind power blades can reduce the physical harm of the release agent to employees, reduce 98% of VOC emissions, and be safer and more environmentally friendly.
