正常体重女性胰岛素早时相分泌受损与妊娠期糖尿病发病关系研究

The relationship between impaired insulin secretion in early phase and gestational diabetes mellitus in normal weight mothers

目的 探讨正常BMI人群胰岛素早时相受损与GDM发病关系。方法 选取2017年1~12月于战略支援部队特色医学中心进行规律产检的孕妇67例,分为GDM组(n=31)和非GDM组(N‐GDM,n=36)。两组于孕24~28周行75 g OGTT,测定空腹、糖负荷后30、60、120 min血糖、血浆胰岛素和GLP‐1。结果 GDM组FPG、糖负荷后30、60、120 min血糖均高于N‐GDM组(P<0.01),胰岛β细胞功能指数、DI/DG、糖负荷后30 min胰岛素低于N‐GDM组(P<0.01)。结论 BMI正常GDM患者发病与胰岛素早时相分泌受损、胰岛β细胞分泌胰岛素降低有关。

ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between impaired insulin secretion in early phase and the onset of gestational diabetes mellitus in people with normal BMI.Methods67 pregnant women who underwent regular antenatal examination in the Special Medical Center of Strategic Support Force from January to December 2017 were selected and divided into GDM group(n=31)and non GDM group(N‐GDM,n=36).75 g OGTT was performed at 24~28 weeks of gestation in both groups.Fasting blood glucose,plasma insulin and GLP‐1 were measured at 30,60 and 120 minutes after glucose load.ResultsFPG,blood glucose at 30,60 and 120 min after glucose load in GDM group were higher than those in N‐GDM group(P<0.01),HOMA‐β,DI/DGand insulin at 30 min after glucose load were lower than those in N‐GDM group(P<0.01).ConclusionThe incidence of GDM patients with low BMI was related to the impaired insulin secretion in early phase as well as the insulin secretion in β cells.
