摘要
玻纤增强聚丙烯(GFRPP)复合材料在航空航天、船舶、汽车、电子电器等领域具有重要应用,但在其制品的表面易出现“浮纤”(玻纤外露),严重影响制品的外观质量和使用性能。文章综述近些年关于GFRPP表面“浮纤”的研究现状,总结“浮纤”形成原因,从调控成型加工工艺、复合材料改性等方面对“浮纤”的解决措施进行讨论,并对其未来发展趋势进行展望。
Glass fiber reinforced polypropylene(GFRPP)composites have important applications in aerospace,shipbuilding,automobile,electronics and other fields.However,‘floating fiber’(glass fiber exposure)is easy to appear on the surface of the products,which seriously affects the appearance quality and performance of the products.The research status of‘float fiber’on GFRPP surface in recent years is are eviewed,and the causes of‘float fiber’are summarized.The solutions to‘float fiber’are discussed from the aspects of regulating molding process and composite material modification,and the future development trend is prospected.
