Study on Mechanical Properties of PP/Gasified Fly Ash Composites

摘要 气化飞灰经过偶联剂改性得到改性飞灰,利用改性飞灰与聚丙烯(PP)制备复合材料,研究飞灰添加量对复合材料的力学性能、微观形貌、热稳定性、流变性能的影响,飞灰的掺入量不超过PP质量的20%。结果表明:随着改性飞灰加入量的增加,PP/气化飞灰复合材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度、弯曲强度呈先增大后减小的趋势。当飞灰加入量为10%,复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度达到最大,分别为10.23 MPa、62.7 MPa。改性飞灰的加入使复合材料的热稳定性能得到改善,当飞灰加入量为20%,复合材料的最大分解温度为449.6℃。 The gasified fly ash was modified with a coupling agent to obtain modified fly ash. The modified fly ash and polypropylene(PP) were used to prepare composites, and the effect of the addition of fly ash on the mechanical properties,microscopic morphology, thermal stability and rheological properties of the composites were studied, and the addition of PP did not exceed 20%. The results show that the tensile strength, impact strength and flexural strength of PP/gasified fly ash composites increase first and then decrease with the increasing of the modified fly ash content. When the addition of fly ash is 10%, the tensile strength and flexural strength of the composite reach the maximum, which are 10.23 MPa and 62.7 MPa,respectively. The addition of modified fly ash improves the thermal stability of the composites. When the addition of fly ash is 20%, the maximum decomposition temperature of the composite is 449.6 ℃.
