摘要
以聚乳酸(PLA)和乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(E-MA-GMA)为原料,通过共混改性的方法制备PLA/E-MA-GMA共混物,研究共混物的热学性能、流变性能、流动性能、力学性能、冲击断面形貌。结果表明:E-MA-GMA和PLA具有一定的相容性,随着E-MA-GMA含量的增加,共混物的拉伸强度和弹性模量降低,断裂伸长率及冲击强度增加,共混物黏度增加。当E-MA-GMA含量为25%,共混物的断裂伸长率达到96.5%,冲击强度达到10.1 kJ/m。
Polylactic acid(PLA) and ethylene-methacrylate-glycidyl methacrylate(E-MA-GMA) were used as raw materials to prepare PLA/E-MA-GMA blends by blending modification. The thermal properties, rheological properties,flow properties, mechanical properties and impact fracture morphology of the blends were studied. The results show that E-MA-GMA and PLA have certain compatibility. With the increasing of E-MA-GMA content, the tensile strength and elastic modulus of the blends decrease, the elongation at break and impact strength of the blends increase, and the viscosity of the blends increases. When the E-MA-GMA content is 25%, the elongation at break of the blend reaches 96.5%, and the impact strength reaches 10.1 kJ/m~2.
