新零售背景下农产品物流服务供应链体系构建--以绍兴市农产品为例

新零售作为一种新型零售业态,为满足不断升级的消费者需求,逆向牵引了整条农产品供应链的变革,升级改造农产品的生产、流通和销售过程,同时也对物流服务供应链提出了更高的要求。在此背景下,以绍兴市农产品供应链为切入点,在分析其运作模式的基础上,探究新零售背景下农产品供应链对物流服务提出的需求要素,如减少流通环节、提高响应速度、实现物流服务一体化和提高物流服务过程透明化等,据此提出了基于纵向和横向整合并能提供智慧化服务的物流服务供应链体系,使其成为支撑新零售背景下农产品供应链发展的重要力量。

In order to meet the escalating consumer demand,the new retail has reversed the transformation of the agricultural product supply chain,upgraded the production,circulation and sales process of agricultural products,and put forward higher requirements for the logistics service supply chain.Based on the analysis of the operation mode of Shaoxing agricultural products supply chain,this paper explores the demand factors of agricultural products supply chain for logistics services under the new retail background,such as reducing circulation links,improving response speed,realizing the integration of logistics services and improving the transparency of logistics service process.Finally,this paper proposes a logistics service supply chain system based on vertical and horizontal integration and providing intelligent services,which promotes the development of agricultural products supply chain in the scenario of new retail.
