摘要 为了解决千万吨超大型矿井采掘失衡难题,张家峁煤矿采用了智能化掘进技术替代传统掘进技术。通过提高15212工作面掘进系统装备自动化和智能化程度,实现掘进工作面轻量化和快速化,重点分析了工作面掘进设备的优化历程,建立了智能快速掘进系统,该系统由“掘锚一体机+锚杆转载机+桥式转载机+变频调速带式输送机”组成,实现了连掘连运和掘锚平行,大大缩短了支护占用工时。结合智能传感、定位定向、监测监控技术和多信息远程重现技术等,实现可人工干预的远程操作掘锚一体机,将掘进工作面环境、设备和人员有机和谐地统一起来,实现“安全、高效”高质量智能掘进。在15212掘进工作面的现场应用结果表明:该设备投入后创造出单班最高进尺65m,单日最高进尺120m,月累计进尺2700m的成绩,取得中国快掘行业单班、单日及单月最高进尺,有力保证了井下采掘接续和可持续发展。 In order to re-balance the mining and excavation in Zhangjiamao Coal Mine, a 10 million-ton capacity coal mine, the traditional excavation is replaced by intelligent excavation. By improving the automation and intelligence level of the equipment in the 15212 face excavation system, the excavation face is light-weighted and the tunneling is accelerated. The optimization process of the excavation equipment in the working face is emphatically discussed, and an intelligent rapid excavation system is established, comprising bolt loader, bridge loader, variable frequency speed control belt. The system can not only tunnel and transport continuously, but also bolt while tunneling, which greatly shortens the supporting time. Combining with intelligent sensing, positioning and orientation, monitoring and control technology, and multi-information remote reproduction technology, etc., a remote-operated bolt-digging machine that be manually intervened is developed, and the working face environment, equipment and personnel are unified to achieve safe, efficient, and high-quality intelligent excavation. The field application results in the 15212 excavation face show that: after the equipment is put into use, the highest footage in a single shift is 65 m, the maximum footage in a single day is 120 m, and the monthly cumulative footage is 2700 m, all of the which are the new records in China’s rapid excavation industry.
