摘要
针对我国高端液压支架尚没有统一认证标准,无法对高端液压支架设计、制造、认证进行科学合理评价的问题,通过分析煤矿智能化发展现状、国内外高端液压支架检测认证差异,探讨建立适合我国煤矿智能化发展背景下的高端液压支架产品认证评价模式。研究得出:高端液压支架认证时不仅将液压支架视为一个单体进行考虑,而是与智能化需求紧密结合;认证采用“自愿性认证”模式,内容包括“制造商申请+专家评审+技术审查+检验方案制定+产品检验+获证后监督”;认证标准采用个性化、定制化方式,增加产品全周期管控、成套质量监控;整机试验增加量化指标以及与智能化需求相关的检测项目。
As there was no unified certification standard for high-end hydraulic support in China, and it was impossible to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the design, manufacturing and certification of high-end hydraulic support, thus it is discussed to establish a certification and evaluation mode for high-end hydraulic support under the development of coal mine intelligence in China by analyzing the development status of coal mine intelligence and the differences in the detection and certification of high-end hydraulic support at home and abroad. The research showed that in the certification of high-end hydraulic support the hydraulic support is not only considered as a single body, but also should be closely combined with the needs of intelligence;the certification is voluntary, including “manufacturer application+expert review+technical review+inspection scheme formulation+product inspection+post-certification supervision ”;the certification standard is personalized and customized to increase the whole cycle control and complete set quality monitoring of products;and quantitative indicators and detection items related to intelligent requirements are added to the whole machine test.
