摘要
目的测定系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清中髓样相关蛋白8/9(S100A8/A9)的水平,研究其与SLE患者炎症指标、血脂、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、疾病活动度等指标的关系及SLE患者早发动脉粥样硬化(AS)与其血清中S100A8/A9水平之间的相关性。方法选定诊断明确的SLE患者51例,确定为观察组,健康对照组则选定同期50例健康查体者。利用酶联免疫吸附法测定其血清中S100A8/A9水平。同时空腹状态下检测C反应蛋白(CRP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。利用超声检测所有选定的观察组以及健康对照组的IMT。同时收集所有研究对象的SLE疾病活动性指数(SLEDAI)。最后采用Pearson分析SLE患者血清中S100A8/A9水平变化及与其与各项指标的关系,其中主要分析S100A8/A9与IMT之间的相关性。结果(1)观察组血清S100A8/A9水平高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。(2)观察组IMT值高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。(3)Pearson相关分析示S100A8/A9与LDL-C,CRP,IMT,SLEDAI呈正相关(P<0.01),同时IMT与LDL-C,CRP呈正相关(P<0.01),与其它项目未见明显相关性。结论S100A8/A9不仅与SLE患者的病情活动密切相关,可以反映SLE病情活动,同时也在SLE早发AS的发病机制中发挥一定作用,有望成为协助诊断SLE及其相应并发症的潜在生物标志物。
Objective To determine medullary related proteins 8/9(myellid related protein8,MRP8,also called S100 A8/myellid related protein9,MRP9,also called S100 A9)levels in serum,and its relationship with inflammatory markers,blood lipids,carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)and disease activity in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).And to investigate the correlation between premature arterial atherosclerosis(AS)in SLE patients and their serum levels of S100 A8/A9.Methods Fifty-one patients with definite diagnosis of SLE were selected as the observation group,while 50 cases of health check-ups were selected as healthy controls during the same period.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent method were used to measure its S100 A8/A9 levels in serum.C-reactive protein(CRP),total cholesterol,total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were also measured in the fasting state.Using color doppler ultrasound technique was developed for the determination of all selected observation group of IMT and healthy controls.At the same time to collect all the basic information of the research object and the observation group of SLE disease activity index(SLEDAI).Finally,Pearson analysis was used to analyze the changes of S100 A8/A9 levels in the serum of SLE patients and its relationship with various indexes,in which the correlation between S100 A8/A9 and IMT was mainly analyzed.Results(1)The level of serum S100 A8/A9 observation group was obviously higher than that of healthy controls(P<0.05).(2)IMT value of observation group was obviously higher than that of healthy controls(P<0.05).(3)Pearson correlation analysis and shown S100 A8/A9 and LDL-C,CRP,IMT,SLEDAI positively correlated(P<0.01),at the same time the IMT and LDL-C and CRP were positively correlated(P<0.01).Conclusion S100 A8/A9 not only closely correlates with the disease activity of SLE patients and can reflect SLE disease activity,but also plays a role in the pathogenesis of early-onset AS in SLE and is expected to be a potential biomarker to assist in the diagnosis of SLE and its corresponding complications.
