滚轮微针联合皮肤屏障修复乳在面部皮炎皮肤屏障修复中的临床应用

Clinical application of roller microneedle combined with skin barrier repair lotion in skin barrier repair of facial dermatitis

目的探讨滚轮微针联合皮肤屏障修复乳在面部皮炎皮肤屏障修复中的治疗效果和安全性。方法选取2020年1月~2021年8月收治的40例面部皮炎患者,依据治疗方法将其随机分为A,B两组,其中A组20例,采用皮肤屏障修复乳治疗;B组20例,采用滚轮微针导入皮肤屏障修复乳治疗。分别观察两组在治疗前、后的症状积分以及皮肤屏障的指标变化。结果治疗前,A,B两组症状积分和皮肤屏障指标差异无显著性(P>0.05),而治疗后B组症状积分和皮肤屏障指标均明显好于A组(P<0.05)。结论滚轮微针联合导入皮肤屏障修复乳在面部皮炎皮肤屏障修复中作用效果显著,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of roller microneedle combined with skin barrier repair lotion in skin barrier repair of facial dermatitis.Methods Forty patients with facial dermatitis admitted from January 2020 to August 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to treatment methods:group A(20 cases treated with skin barrier repair lotion alone)and Group B(20 cases treated with skin barrier repair lotion introduced with roller microneedle).The symptom scores and skin barrier indexes of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptom score and skin barrier index between group A and group B(P>0.05).But after treatment,the symptom score and skin barrier index of group B were significantly better than those of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Roller microneedle combined with introduction of skin barrier repair lotion has remarkable effect on skin barrier repair of facial dermatitis,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
