单纯针灸对比西药治疗围绝经期综合征的Meta分析

Meta-Analysis of Acupuncture Alone Versus Western Medicine in the Treatment of Perimenopausal Syndrome

目的对围绝经期综合征患者单纯针灸疗法的治疗效果进行Meta分析。方法计算机检索收录于CBMdisc、WanFang Data、CNKI、VIP和PubMed数据库中针灸治疗围绝经期综合征的临床文献。检索时间从建库到2020年10月。提取符合纳入、排除要求的文献进行相关资料及偏倚风险评价并进行Meta分析。结果共计纳入11篇有效随机对照试验(RCT),治疗后单纯针灸组与单独西药组比较,差异有统计学意义,总体有效率[OR=3.83,95%CI(2.51,5.85)],血清E_(2)值[WMD=5.33,95%CI(0.41,10.26)]。结论与单独应用西药治疗相比,单纯针灸治疗围绝经期综合征的优势更突出。但目前临床研究水平有限,将来仍需更多严格设计的高质量RCT加以证实。

Objective Meta-analysis was made on the therapeutic effects of acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods The clinical literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of perimenopausal syndrome collected in CBMdisc,WanFang Data,CNKI,VIP and PubMed databases was searched by computer.The retrieval time is from the establishment of the database to October 2020.Select the literature that meets the requirements of inclusion and exclusion,make relevant data and bias risk evaluation,and do Meta-analysis.Results A total of 11 effective RCTs were included.After treatment,there was a significant difference between the acupuncture group and the western medicine group.The overall effective rate[OR=3.83,95%CI(2.51,5.85)]and serum E_(2) value[WMD=5.33,95%CI(0.41,10.26)].Conclusions Compared with western medicine alone,acupuncture alone has more advantages in treating perimenopausal syndrome.However,at present,the clinical research level is limited,and more strictly designed RCT with high quality will be needed in the future to prove the curative effect.
