深刺联合降糖药物治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Deep Needling Combined with Hypoglycemic Drugs in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察深刺联合降糖药物治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法选取2020年12月—2021年5月辽宁中医药大学附属医院收治的2型糖尿病患者50例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组采用口服降糖药物配合常规针次手法治疗,观察组采用口服降糖药物联合深刺的方法治疗。比较治疗前后两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)。结果治疗前,两组FBG、PBG、HbA1c比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FBG、PBG、HbA1c均有下降,观察组FBG、PBG、HbA1c均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为92.00%(23/25),对照组为68.00%(17/25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者可以采取深刺治疗,可明显帮助患者控制血糖,安全便捷,疗效可靠。

Objective To observe the effect of deep needling combined with hypoglycemic drugs on type 2 diabetes.Methods-Fifty patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 25 patients in each group according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with common oral hypoglycemic drugs com-bined with conventional needle manipulation.The observation group was treated with oral hypoglycemic drugs and deep acupunc-ture.The fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial 2h blood glucose(PBG)and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)indexes of the patients were collected and statistically analyzed,and the differences between them before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the data of the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the FBG,PBG,HbA1c of patients in both groups decreased,and the indicators of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.00%,and that in the control group was 68.00%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Deep acupuncture can be used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients,which can obviously help patients to control blood sugar.It has the characteristics of safety,convenience,reliable effi-cacy and so on,and can be popularized.
