中西医治疗肝肾综合征的研究进展

Research Progress of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Hepatorenal Syndrome

肝肾综合征(HRS)是各种严重肝病终末期出现的以功能性肾功能损伤为主的一组并发症,预后差,病死率高,是亟待攻克的危重症。HRS的发病机制尚未完全明确,且尚无特异性的治疗药物。西医主要通过一般治疗和替代疗法、肝移植治疗HRS,其中肝移植是目前治疗该病唯一确切的手段。中医在“肝肾同源”理论的指导下,采用疏肝理气、补肾健脾、益气扶正、活血化瘀等治法治疗HRS取得了较好的临床疗效。中医药广泛参与HRS的临床治疗,能更大限度发挥中西医结合救治危重症的优势,为HRS临床诊治提供更多切实可行的方案。

Hepatorenal syndrome(HRS)is a group of complications with functional renal function injury in the end stage of all kinds of severe liver disease.It has poor prognosis and high mortality.It is a critical disease that needs to be overcome ur-gently.The pathogenesis of HRS is not completely clear,and there is no specific treatment.Western medicine is mainly through general treatment and replacement therapy,liver transplantation to treat HRS,and liver transplantation is the only definite means to treat the disease at present.Under the guidance of the theory of"homology of liver and kidney",traditional Chinese medicine has achieved a good clinical effect in the treatment of HRS by soothing the liver and regulating qi,tonifying the kidney and spleen,tonifying Qi and invigorating Qi,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Traditional Chinese medicine is widely involved in the clinical treatment of HRS,which can give full play to the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of critically ill patients,and provide more feasible plans for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of HRS.
