近十年寿胎丸治疗先兆流产领域的文献计量学分析

Bibliometrics Analysis of the Treatment of Threatened Abortion by Shoutai Pill(寿胎丸)in the Past Decade

目的通过文献检索、共现分析和聚类分析等文献计量学分析,探讨寿胎丸治疗先兆流产的研究现状与热点,方便为该领域今后的相关研究提供参考。方法检索中国知网收录的寿胎丸治疗先兆流产相关的文献,运用书目共现分析系统软件(BICOMB)、CytoScape3.6.1及SPSS软件对高频词进行共现分析和聚类分析。结果从中国知网检索到文献207篇,频次≥4的高频词共19个,共有132对共现关系,聚类共分别出7个类别。结论寿胎丸治疗先兆流产的研究在2010年之后在临床应用开始兴起,寿胎丸、先兆流产、肾虚这3个方面是在中医药范围内的研究热点。

Objective Through bibliometric analysis,such as literature retrieval,co-occurrence analysis and cluster analy-sis,to explore the research status and hot spots of Shoutai Pill(寿胎丸)in the treatment of threatened abortion,so as to provide reference for future related research in this field.Methods The literatures about the treatment of threatened abortion by Shoutai Pill collected by CNKI were searched,and the co-occurrence analysis and cluster analysis of high-frequency words were car-ried out by using Bibliographic Co-occurrence Analysis System(BICOMB),CytoScape3.6.1 and SPSS software.Results 207 articles were retrieved from CNKI,including 19 high-frequency words with frequency≥4,and 132 pairs of co-occurrence re-lationships,which were clustered into 7 categories.Conclusions The research on the treatment of threatened abortion with Shoutai Pill began to rise in clinical application after 2010.The three aspects of Shoutai Pill,threatened abortion and kidney deficiency are the research hotspots within the scope of traditional Chinese medicine.
