摘要
栝蒌瞿麦丸出自《金匮要略》,针对上燥下寒的小便不利而设,具有润上温下的功效。文章从制方之理、病机新解、组方特色及临证指导作用等四个方面,对栝蒌瞿麦丸进行了分析和佐证,提出温阳活血利水是栝蒌瞿麦丸组方的深刻内涵。
Gualou Qumai Pill(栝蒌瞿麦丸)comes from synopsis of the golden chamber.It is for the treatment of dysuria with dry mouth,chills.It has the functions of Warming Yang and promoting diuresis,moistening dryness and promoting fluid pro-duction.Based on the analysis of the significance of prescription,pathological mechanism,prescription and drug characteristics of Gualou Qumai pill and its clinical guiding role,this paper puts forward that warming Yang,promoting blood circulation and promoting diuresis is the profound connotation of the prescription of Gualou Qumai pill.
