3种吴茱萸不同部位体外抗肿瘤活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究3种基原吴茱萸果皮和种子醇提物体外抗肿瘤活性的差异。方法收集3种基原吴茱萸,分离果皮和种子并利用超声法制备吴茱萸果皮和种子的醇提物。分别以0.15、0.30、0.60 mg生药/mL的生药浓度作用于HepG2细胞和BGC823细胞24、48 h后,利用MTT法检测其抑制细胞增殖的能力。结果3种吴茱萸的果皮、种子提取物对HepG2细胞、BGC823细胞的活力均有影响。随着给药浓度的增加,两种细胞的存活率逐渐降低。在同一药物浓度下,细胞存活率与药物作用时间呈负相关。结论3种吴茱萸的果皮提取物对2种癌细胞增殖的抑制能力大于3种吴茱萸的种子提取物。吴茱萸果皮提取物与疏毛吴茱萸果皮提取物对BGC823细胞的增殖影响有显著性差异。 Objective To compare in vitro antitumor activity of the ethanol extracts from pericarps and seeds of Wuzhuyu(Fruc-tus Euodiae)of different species.Methods The pericarps and seeds of Wuzhuyu(Fructus Euodiae)were separated,and then the ethanol extracts from the pericarps and seeds were prepared by ultrasonic method.HepG2 cells and BGC823 cells were treated with 0.15,0.30 and 0.60 mg/mL for 24 h and 48 h,respectively,and then their activities were detected by adding thiazolyl blue.Results The pericarps and seeds of three species of Wuzhuyu(Fructus Euodiae)had effects on the viability of HepG2 cells and BGC823 cells.The survival rates of HepG2 cells and BGC823 cells treated with the extracts from pericarps and seeds of three species of Wuzhuyu(Fructus Euodiae)decreased with the increase of drug concentration.Under the same drug concentration,the cell survival rate was negatively correlated with the drug action time.Conclusion The inhibition of the pericarps of three species of Wuzhuyu(Fructus Euodiae)on the proliferation of two kinds of cancer cells was greater than that of the seeds of the same spe-cies.The proliferation of BGC823 cells treated with the pericarp of Wuzhuyu(E.rutaecarpa)was significantly different from that of the same cells treated with the pericarp of Shumao Wuzhuyu(E.rutaecarpa var.Bodinieri).
