摘要
羟基红花黄色素是传统中药红花主要有效成分。研究显示,羟基红花黄色素A可以通过调控PI3k/Akt通路、调节Mst蛋白和相关miRNA等抑制心脏细胞凋亡;抑制NF-κB相关免疫和炎症反应;调控自噬促进受损心肌修复;调控内皮细胞膜表面离子通道的活性、抑制动脉平滑肌增殖迁移发挥血管保护作用,在心脏缺血再灌注损伤和冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病中显示出良好的治疗前景。
Hydroxysafflor yellow A(HSYA)is the main effective component of traditional Chinese herb Honghua(Flos Carthami).Studies have shown that HSYA can inhibit cardiac cell apoptosis by regulating PI3K/Akt pathway,Mst protein and related miRNA and down-regulating NF-κB related immune and inflammatory response.HSYA also regulates autophagy to promote the repair of damaged myocardium,improves the functions of ion channels on the surface of endothelial cell membrane,inhibits the proliferation and migration of arterial smooth muscle and plays a vascular protective role in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.It has therefore shown a good prospect in the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.
