针刺在周围神经损伤修复中的作用及机制探讨

Role and Mechanism of Acupuncture in Repair of Peripheral Nerve Injury

周围神经损伤为常见神经外科疾病,以神经支配区域的神经痛、肢体活动受限等为主要表现。该病在我国的发病率逐年攀升,造成患者生活质量降低,心理、经济负担沉重。目前临床上的治疗效果不甚理想,寻找有效手段加速损伤神经的修复、再生成为该病研究的主要方向。针刺在周围神经损伤的治疗中应用历史悠久且治疗效果较好,但是在作用机制方面缺乏现代医学方面的阐述及依据。对近10年来的相关文献进行检索分析,主要就针刺在上肢周围神经损伤、下肢周围神经损伤及面神经损伤中的临床作用,以及促进周围神经损伤修复的相关机制进行综述。

Peripheral nerve injury is a common neurosurgical disease,which is mainly manifested by neuralgia in the innerva-ted area and limited limb movement.The incidence rate of this disease has been increasing year by year in China,resulting in a lower quality of life and a heavy psychological and economic burden.At present,the curative effect of clinical treatment is not i-deal.Looking for effective means to accelerate the repair and regeneration of injured nerves has become the main direction of the disease research.Acupuncture has a long history and good therapeutic effect in the treatment of peripheral nerve injury,but it lacks the elaboration and basis of modern medicine in the mechanism of action.This paper searched and analyzed the relevant lit-erature in recent 10 years,and mainly summarized the clinical role of acupuncture in peripheral nerve injury of upper limb,pe-ripheral nerve injury of lower limb and facial nerve injury,as well as the relevant mechanism of promoting the repair of peripheral nerve injury.
