复方玄驹胶囊联合他达拉非治疗勃起功能障碍临床疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Fufang Xuanju Capsule(复方玄驹胶囊)Combined with Tadalafil in Treatment of Erectile Dysfunction

目的观察研究复方玄驹胶囊联合他达拉非治疗勃起功能障碍的临床疗效。方法选择2018年8月—2020年1月医院泌尿外科确诊勃起功能障碍的86例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为试验组(43例)和对照组(43例),对照组给予他达拉非治疗;试验组给予复方玄驹胶囊联合他达拉非治疗,全部患者治疗3个月,随诊半年进行疗效对比。采用WHO制定的勃起硬度评价简表(EHS评分)对比评估两组患者治疗前后阴茎勃起硬度,采用国际勃起功能障碍评价指标(IIEF-5评分)对比评估两组患者治疗前后勃起功能,依据患者随访半年内性生活情况进行疗效评价。结果治疗前,两组患者EHS评分、IIEF-5评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经不同方法治疗后,两组患者EHS评分、IIEF-5评分均提高,试验组患者EHS评分、IIEF-5评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方玄驹胶囊联合他达拉非治疗勃起功能障碍可以显著改善患者勃起硬度,提高勃起时间,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe and study the clinical efficacy of Fufang Xuanju Capsule(复方玄驹胶囊)combined with tadalafil in the treatment of erectile dysfunction.Methods Eighty-six patients who were diagnosed as erectile dysfunction in the Department of Urology of the hospital between August 2018 and January 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were ran-domly divided into the experimental group(43 cases)and the control group(43 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given tadalafil while the experimental group was given Fufang Xuanju Capsule combined with tadalafil.All patients were treated for 3 months,followed up for half a year to compare the efficacy.The erectile hardness evaluation summary(EHS score)de-veloped by the WHO was used to compare the erectile hardness of the two groups before and after treatment,and the international e-rectile dysfunction evaluation index(IIEF-5 score)was used to compare the erectile function of the two groups before and after treatment.According to the follow-up of the patients,the curative effect of sex life in six months was evaluated.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in EHS scores or IIEF-5 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment with different methods,the EHS score and IIEF-5 score in two groups were increased,and the EHS score and IIEF-5 score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treat-ment,the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fufang Xuanju Capsule combined with tadalafil in the treatment of erectile dysfunc-tion can significantly improve the erection hardness and increase the erection time of patients,and the effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical application.
