麻黄类方在肿瘤综合治疗中的应用

麻黄类方不仅应用于外感疾病,而且广泛应用于内科杂症,疗效显著。总结近30年肿瘤临床中,运用麻黄类方治疗肿瘤相关的各种病证,如麻翘汤治疗化疗及靶向药的药疹、麻黄五苓汤治疗乳腺肿瘤放疗后上肢水肿、射干麻黄汤治疗肺癌术后咳嗽、麻黄汤治疗肿瘤化疗后高热、麻桂甘草汤治疗肿瘤患者的“发痧症”、麻黄术甘汤治疗肿瘤化疗后的嗜睡症、麻桂灵角汤治疗前列腺肿瘤的小便不通症,在这些方面积累的实践心得和经验,有较好的临床参考价值。

Mahuang(Ephedra)prescriptions have significant effects in the treatment of exopathogenic disease and complicat-ed internal diseases.Doctor Yuan,the director of studio of the inheritance of prestigious traditional Chinese medicine nationwide,has accumulated rich experience in his thirty years’clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer with ephedra prescriptions.This paper summarized his empirical experiences with significant clinical values in cancer treatments such as Maqiao Decoction(麻翘汤)for drug eruption related to chemotherapy and targeted therapy,Mahuang Wuling Decoction(麻黄五苓汤)for breast cancer related lymphedema after radiotherapy,Shegan Mahuang Decoction(射干麻黄汤)for cough af-ter lung cancer surgery,Mahuang Decoction(麻黄汤)for fever after chemotherapy,Magui Gancao Decoction(麻桂甘草汤)for heatstroke of cancer patients,Mahuang Zhugan Decoction(麻黄术甘汤)for drowsiness after chemotherapy,Magui Lingjiao De-coction(麻桂灵角汤)for dysuria of prostate cancer and so on.
