清宁散加减治疗儿童咳嗽痰热郁肺证的疗效以及对血清IL-8和TNF-α水平的影响

Effect of Qingning Powder(清宁散)in Treatment of Cough Children with Syndrome of Phlegm and Heat Accumulating in Lung and Its Influence on Serum Levels of IL-8 and TNF-α

目的探讨清宁散加减联治疗儿童咳嗽痰热郁肺证的疗效以及对血清白细胞介素(IL)-8和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法选择2018年10月—2020年10在医院就诊的咳嗽痰热郁肺证患儿168例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(84例)和治疗组(84例)。对照组患儿接受西医常规措施治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上给予清宁散加减内服;两组连续治疗1周。比较两组咳嗽、痰热郁肺证症状改善评分以及临床疗效、血清IL-8和TNF-α水平。结果治疗后,观察组咳嗽、痰热郁肺证症状改善评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01);经过1周的治疗,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清IL-8和TNF-α水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在西药常规基础上清宁散加减治疗儿童咳嗽痰热郁肺证能促进咳嗽、中医证候好转,提高临床治疗效果,且能下调血清IL-8和TNF-α水平。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Qingning Powder(清宁散)in the treatment of cough children with syn-drome of phlegm and heat accumulating in lung and its influence on serum levels of interleukin(IL)-8 and tumor necrosis factor-(TNF-α).Method A total of 168 children with cough,phlegm,phlegm and heat accumulating in lung syndrome treated in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(84 cases)and the treatment group(84 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received conventional Western medicine treat-ment.Cases in the observation group were given with Qingning Powder on the basis of control group.The two groups were contin-uously treated for 1 week.The improvement scores of cough and symptoms of phlegm and heat accumulating in lung syndrome,the clinical efficacy,levels of IL-8 and TNF-αin serum were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the improvement scores of cough and symptoms of phlegm and heat accumulating in lung syndrome in the observation group were sig-nificantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After 1 week of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of IL-8 and TNF-αin serum in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion On the basis of convention-al western medicine treatment,Qingning Powder can promote the improvement of cough and traditional Chinese medicine syn-dromes,improve the clinical treatment effect and down-regulate levels of IL-8 and TNF-αin serum.
