摘要
将小试试验与中试生产相结合,探究以竹化机浆替代部分化学竹浆生产本色食品卡纸的可行性。小试分别以20%、30%、40%和50%的竹化机浆替代化学竹浆,模拟纸机生产进行三层复合抄造;中试生产以20%竹化机浆替代化学竹浆在纸机上进行。试验结果表明:成纸的抗张指数、撕裂指数、耐破指数降低,但挺度增加,松厚度和吸水性改善,各项指标均满足食品卡纸的要求,且吨纸生产成本降低了65.24元,以竹化机浆替代部分化学竹浆生产食品纸具有经济和技术上的可行性。
In this study,food cardboard was trail-produced using feasibility of partial replacement of bamboo kraf pulp(BKP)with bamboo chemi-mechanical pulp of(B-CMP)in lab-scale and pilot scale.In lab-scale,three-layers paper was prepared according tothe substantial the production processwith BKP replacedby20%,30%,40%,50%B-CMP.Inthe pilot scale,suchthree-layer paper cardboard was manufactured with 20%BKP replaced by B-CMP.The results show that the quality of as-prepared cardboard cansatisfy with the requirement ofthe standards.It is economicallyand technically feasibleof the partial replacementofBKP with B-CMP.
