摘要
心力衰竭是一种全球性的心血管疾病,给医疗保健系统带来沉重的经济负担,经胸超声心动图显像在急性、慢性心力衰竭的临床诊断中应用广泛,但超声心动图受患者体位影响较大,也面临着诸多问题和挑战。随着人工智能技术的发展,机械人可以代替超声医师采集超声心动图图像,同时全自动化三维超声右心室量化软件不断开发,有望实现临床疾病更高效、更精准地诊断和治疗。
Heart failure(HF)is a global cardiovascular disease,which brings economic burden to the health care system.Transthoracic echocardiography is widely used in clinical diagnosis of acute and chronic HF,but the echocardiography is greatly affected by patient’s position,and also faces many problems and challenges.With the development of artificial intelligence technology,robots collect echocardiographic images instead of sonographers,and the development of fully automated three-dimensional ultrasound quantization software for right ventricle is expected to achieve more efficient and accurate diagnosis in clinical practice.
