围手术期静脉血栓栓塞症危险因素及中西医预防的研究进展

Research progress on risk factors of perioperative venous thromboembolism and its prevention with traditional Chinese and western medicine

静脉血栓栓塞症(venous thromboembolism,VTE)在患者围手术期发生率较高,主要包括深静脉血栓形成及肺血栓栓塞症。VTE是围手术期常见并发症之一,其症状缺乏特异性,且临床重视程度不高,常导致不能及时有效进行防治,影响患者术后安全,严重者甚至危及生命。现回顾近年来VTE相关临床文献,围绕VTE发病情况、手术相关高危因素、中西医结合预防等方面作一综述,旨在为临床诊治提供参考。

Venous thromboembolism(VTE)has a high incidence in the perioperative period,including deep venous thrombosis(DVT)and pulmonary throm-boembolism(PTE).VTE is one of the common complications during perioperative period.Its symptoms are lack of specificity and clinical attention is not high.Therefore,it often leads to the failure of timely and effective prevention and treatment,which affects the postoperative safety of patients and even endangers their lives.This paper reviewed the clinical literature related to VTE in recent years,focusing on the incidence of VTE,operation related high-risk factors,prevention of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
