程序性死亡-1/程序性死亡配体-1及其相关因子在妊娠及复发性流产中的研究进展

Research progress of PD-1/PD-L1 and its related factors in the maintenance of pregnancy and abortion

摘要 母胎界面免疫耐受在维持妊娠期发挥着重要作用,而母体免疫功能异常是导致流产的原因之一。程序性死亡-1(programmed death 1,PD-1)及程序性死亡配体-1(programmed death ligand 1,PD-L1)不仅是免疫检查点,也是当下维持妊娠期调控免疫平衡的研究热点之一。该文就PD-1和PD-L1及其相关因子在维持妊娠及复发性流产中的研究进展进行阐述,为预防流产和维持妊娠免疫耐受的相关研究提供新的参考。 Immune tolerance at the maternal-fetal interface plays an important role in maintaining pregnancy,and maternal immune dysfunction is one of the causes of abortion.Programmed death-1(PD-1)and programmed death ligand-1(PD-L1)not only act as an immune checkpoint,but also as one of the current research hotspots in maintaining immune balance during pregnancy.This article reviewed PD-1 and PD-L1 and their related factors in maintaining pregnancy and recurrent abortion,in order to provide a new reference on preventing abortion and maintaining immune tolerance in pregnancy.
